HOW TO SUBMIT AN ABSENCE NOTIFICATION:
To submit an absence notification, please use the App/Parent Portal and follow these steps:
Log in to theApp or Parent Portal and click on your Account.
Under your swimmer’s name, click on the red “X” (Future Absences) icon.
Choose the date(s) your swimmer will be absent.
Click on Submit.
If you are submitting an absence for more than one swimmer, repeat the process for the other swimmer(s).
HOW TO BOOK A MAKE-UP CLASS:
To book a make-up class using a make-up token, please use the App/Parent Portal and follow these steps:
Log in to the App or Parent Portal and click on your Account.
Under your swimmer’s name, click on the blue “M” (Make-up) icon.
Choose a make-up class date. If no classes are shown please select a different date.
Click on the class time you’d like to book.
Click on Use Token.
Check your email for your enrollment email.
HOW TO REQUEST A CLASS TRANSFER:
If your swimmer's class time no longer works with your schedule, and you would like to move them to a new time going forward, you can request a transfer to a different class. Once transferred, this will become their new class time and their old class time will be available to other swimmers. Transfers are not to be used for one-off or temporary absences.
To see the available classes for your swimmer and request a transfer on the App/Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
On the App or Parent Portal, go to Account
Find your swimmer's name
Click on Enrollments
Select Transfer Enrollment
Select a new class from the available classes - note: make sure you are requesting the correct level (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) for your swimmer.
Submit a Transfer Request - we'll review your request and will get back to you as soon as we can.
