How to Transfer Classes

To see the available classes for your swimmer and request a transfer on the App/Parent Portal, please follow these steps:

  1. On the App or Parent Portal, go to Account

  2. Find your swimmer's name

  3. Click on Enrollments

  4. Select Transfer Enrollment

  5. Select a new class from the available classes - note: make sure you are requesting the correct level (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) for your swimmer.

  6. Submit a Transfer Request - we'll review your request and will get back to you as soon as we can.
